Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Bastar Kala. We are committed to providing high-quality handmade and tribal handicraft products. Since many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, or design are natural and make each piece unique.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Original invoice or order confirmation should be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to the handmade nature of the product.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the package

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly delivered

Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), Bastar Kala will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
